I WANT TO HELP SAVE THE WORLD WITH "PEC"
" I'm an Idealist...and I have an Idea...Personal Education Communities"

In the 21st century many jobs will be lost due to automation.  Big business is going to do everything it can to reduce overhead by reducing their work force with AI robotics.  I would like to see educational communities created to help those who lose their job get retrained for current job openings.  I would like to create Personal Educational Communities (PEC) worldwide.  An educational housing complex where anyone can earn a free college degree or learn a trade while living, working and studying at a PEC.  This PEC concept would be based on a  college dorm environment.  Anyone feeling disenfranchised or just down on their luck during tough times can live, study and work at their local PEC.  The ultimate goal of each PEC is to help people get a degree in higher education or learn a trade to find a job or start their own small business with the ultimate goal of leaving the PEC and becoming a self-sufficient tax paying citizen.

I want to see a PEC (Public Educational Community) in every town in every country (small, medium & large PEC's).  At it's core PEC's would be a self-sustaining free grade school, community college and trade training complex.  Each PEC would have free basic housing for all students and family.  Students and family attending the PEC would also live, work and help build and run the PEC in some capacity to make their PEC into a self-sustained community.  From citizens that can't afford college, disenfranchised youth, vets, people who are physically or mentally challenged, homeless, elderly to anyone who needs a helping hand and wants to get an education, continue their education or learn a trade and is willing to work at PEC for it.  Each PEC would also have some kind of manufacturing, assembly, fulfillment or farming facility to teach trades to those not interested in higher education, or get retrain for new job opportunities (solar, coding...) outside the PEC.  This manufacturing/farming training would also generate PEC income to share with all living at the PEC.  All living at the PEC have a personal interest in their PEC being a clean, safe, self-sustaining and positive local community.  The general public would also benefit by being able to purchase products or food made by the local PEC at low prices (made in the USA).  Along with supplying basic education, housing, food and clothing, an emergency medical nurse station is also located at the PEC for basic healthcare (telemedicine).  PEC's would vary in size depending on the specific needs of each city or town.  Initial funding would be through government grants or local charity organizations looking to help improve the quality of life for all locals citizens and help them become healthy educated tax paying citizens.
